The context
Free2move is PSA group's mobility platform: an app aggregating very different services (parking, EV charging, tolls), each with its own partners and APIs. A mass-market product backed by a major automotive group.
The challenge
Shipping an app that talks to multiple third-party systems, on infrastructure able to absorb usage spikes without permanently provisioned servers. Front and back had to move together, with no separate team per layer.

- Mobile app development in React Native
- Back-end development in Node.js and Nest.js on AWS
- Design of a scalable serverless architecture

A connected mobility app in production, running on a serverless architecture that follows the load without server management, with the same developer on front and back.
